You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by ChiMassagers.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. You must pay return shipping costs. ChiMassagers.com will pay for return shipping if you are returning a product as a result of our error. ChiMassagers.com accepts returns of defective products in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty - Customers must pay for return shipping to ChiMassagers.com.
